Introduction: The purpose of this essay is to discuss about how the Army have been very concern about the education, about their actual/future leaders, so, the military is been implementing forms to get their military members on another level of education, training, getting high results in the process, improving the military bearing and performance. Thesis statement: However, what is the difference between ‘to educate’ and ‘to train’? I will demonstrate in multiple levels how both are important topics for the Army education level system.

Topic sentence: Educate a leader; develop morally, mentally by instructions, such like education level (college or university). It helps develop reasoning and judgment, and builds the ability to think critically, be open-minded, creative and act fast for stress situations so as getting new solutions. Education also helps the soldiers to think outside the box, as find more quick solutions in the tasks. Therefore, the Army has different schools that help the soldiers to be in the next education level, likewise BLC (Basic Leader Course), ALC (Advance Leader Course), SLC (Seniors Leader Course), other education schools, which benefit the military, in progress the performance and benefits sometime of their Army careers. Evidence & citing: Since education is an outstanding performance, there are some cons in the Military life.

A train leader is the definition of teaching a person, group, or society in a skill, training preparation and preparation – activity leading to skilled behavior. As a Leader training is an important tool for different tasks of job related, they’re wise, you will have to teach your peers, like of your students understands the purpose of the training you learn during your time of experience. In the military training there some schools that refer training an important knowledge, some Army is Air Assault, Airborne, U6, your MOS, Ranger, Battle Drills and some other training schools they are attached to the Army. You will have the task to judge the training is being positive or negative when you share your knowledge to others.

Topic sentence: Soldiers should be both educated and well trained in some jobs of leadership. Combining education and training is of the greatest importance to develop effective Army leaders. Evidence & citing: During the early stages of an Army career, training in specific skills such as warrior skills training, Basic Combat Training, and Advanced Individual Training dominates. However, education dominates at the more senior courses, as senior leaders gain much more practical experience through years of training and practice and need more comprehensively integrated and theoretical support. Sense, the term training implies imparting a special skill or behavior or action to a person commonly been offered to Soldiers at all levels of operations. It is not exactly equal to education. Training links with SKILLS whereas Education links with KNOWLEDGE.

Topic sentence: The success of leadership training always depends on how is done. As a trained leader, you can perform tasks in a quick manner. As you educate, your job is to teach your Soldiers in the knowledge you got experience in your past , so your Soldiers/subordinates can learn the job related.

Even both are skill and knowledge, be mindful that sometimes you are training will have some gaps, is highly suggested train every manner of time, so you can keep on track of your abilities in your job. Evidence & citing: In the absence of sufficient training, Soldiers can make mistakes, which may be costly. Leaders are not well informed and trained; it will be responsible for its mistakes. Untrained soldiers may fail to perform its duty properly, which affects the task and the goodwill of the organization or mission.

Conclusion paragraph: In closing with the difference between Education and Training, both have the basis to build a leader, one depends the other and is important understand every time you need to freshen your knowledge and skills. As a leader, knowledge is a key of success, but with an inadequate training, this event can come to an issue, especially if a job related is more training that knowledge a process of systematic learning something of an institution that develops judgment and reasoning in leaders.

Sometimes, your job requires both levels of education and training, in which your position of the work requires to be a professional in your skill and knowledge. As a soldier, you will use both skills and knowledge in your daily basis work and by the time; you will have the right tools so you can be in the next level of leadership.
